Khoury is usually busy writing but when she is not busy doing that she can be found doing a variety of things from hanging at home, directing plays on the stage, or even serving as coach of the local soccer team. At her home, she enjoys having a multitude of shoes, books, and varieties of sweet tea. They share their two dogs in their home, which is the city of Toccoa in Georgia.
